Course Name: MBBS, Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery

MBBS Eligibility

  • 10+2 with PCB passed with at least 50% marks.
  • Students must be from the age group 17-25 years.
  • For reserved students, the marks cutoff is 40%.
  • The Entrance Exam is mandatory for admissions into colleges. Some colleges base scoring on merit.

  • Experience 6-12 years: 8L to 12L p.a.
  • Experience 12-20 years: 12L to 18L p.a.

  • Is Indian MBBS valid abroad?

Indian doctors need to get registered in the country of residence and may have to give entrance exams for the same. To obtain the license to work as a medical professional, some countries offer courses that the students can take after completing 2nd year of MBBS in India.
