UPSC (Union Public Service Commission): UPSC is a central recruiting agency in India. Headquarters of UPSC is at Dholpur in New Delhi and is under the chairmanship of Arvind Saxena. UPSC consists of a chairman and other members appointed by President of India. Students, at once, after completing their schooling wants to know everything about UPSC while searching for possible career options after 12th. Civil Services Examination (IAS & IPS)

  • Candidate should be graduated in any field (final year students can also apply)
  • Minimum age requirement is 21 years to maximum 30 years (for OBC students 3 more years and for SC/ST students 5 more years are added)
  • Candidate must be citizen of India
  • Three stages (Preliminary Test | Main Exam | Personality Test)

Combined Defence Services Examination (Military/Navy/Air Force)

  • Military – Degree from recognized university is required
  • Navy – B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics / Bachelor of Engineering is required
  • Air Force – B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics / Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering is required
  • Military – 19-24 years
  • Navy – 19-22 years
  • Air Force – 19-23 years
  • Candidate must be citizen of India
  • Two stages (Written Exam | Interview)

National Defence Academy Examination (Army/Navy/Air Force)

  • Army – 10+2 passed in any stream
  • Navy & Air Force – 10+2 passed with Physics & Mathematics
  • Minimum age requirement is 16.5 years to maximum 19 years
  • Candidate must be citizen of India
  • Girls are not eligible for NDA Examination
  • Two stages (Written Exam | Interview)

Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination (Railway Engineering)

  • 10+2 passed with Physics & Mathematics
  • Graduated candidates with Mathematics subjects can also apply
  • Minimum age requirement is 17 years to maximum 21 years
  • Candidate must be citizen of India
  • Two stages (Written Exam | Interview)

Indian Engineering Services Examination

  • Bachelor of Engineering/B.Tech degree is required
  • Minimum age requirement is 21 years to maximum 30 years (for OBC students 3 more years and for SC/ST students 5 more years are added)
  • Candidate must be citizen of India
  • Four stages (3 Written Exams | Interview)
