This scholarship is provided by CCB. Applications for this internship are accepted online and are opened in the month of July. This scholarship covers the hostel fees for the entire course. To avail this scholarship, candidates must have a minimum 40-50% in class XII or an equivalent depending on the medical course.
Amount up to INR 4 lakh is given. 10-20% of the seats in various colleges and courses are reserved by CCB.
- Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for University and College Students: Scholarships For Medical Students
This scholarship is for top university and college students and is provided by The Human Resources Development Ministry’s Department of Higher Education. To avail, this scholarship candidate must have a minimum of 80% in XII class and annual income of the family must be lower than INR 8 lakh. There are total 82,000 seats available for this scholarship.
- Vahani Scholarship: Scholarships For Medical Students
This scholarship is for undergraduate medical students and is provided by a non-profit organization ‘Vahani’. It is provided to those children who belong to the economically weaker background. To avail this scholarship, students are selected based on an academic basis and economic hardships. This scholarship covers full tuition fee, accommodation rent and tablet. Total seats are 20 per year.
- BHEL-FAEA Scholarship: Scholarships For Medical Students
It is offered by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited to the students for economically and weaker backgrounds in the category of Below Poverty Line (BPL) who are pursuing graduation. It covers all the expenses of study, that is tuition fee, books amount, travel amount, clothing and miscellaneous as well.

- Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test (NEST Senior): Scholarships For Medical Students
Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test are organized by SEMCI India and Student’s Unity Foundation of India. Class XII and students of MBBS/BDS/BAMS and BHMS are eligible for Senior I’ category. ‘Senior II’ category is for III and IV year students enrolled in the college or university and appearing in final exams of the current academic year. Students who are eligible for this scholarship can apply online. The scholarship amount includes tuition fee maximum up to INR 50,000.
- The All India Pre-Medical Scholarship Test (AIPMST): Scholarships For Medical Students
This scholarship is provided by Brainstorm Technical Excellence. Students who wish to pursue medical can take advantage of this scholarship through AIPMST. Applications are stared in March for this fellowship. Eligibility for this scholarship is a minimum of 60% in XII class and upper age limit is 26 years. - Bharati Scheme for Education (BSE) Andhra Pradesh: Scholarships For Medical Students
It is provided by the Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation. Eligible student’s parents must belong to the Brahmin community living in Andhra Pradesh.
