It is a private, not-for-profit institute, mainly working in the fields of Education and Research. It was recognized as an Institute of Eminence in 2018. Established in 1964, with late Dr G.D. Birla as its founding chairman. Dr G.D. Birla was an eminent industrialist and a strong participant of the Indian freedom struggle. BITS Pilani 2022: Admission Process

The BITS Pilani admissions to the integrated first-degree courses and higher degree courses are made through a computer based online test called BITSAT. 

CAT/GMAT score do the entrance to an MBA programme in BITS Pilani. BITS Pilani follows a No-reservation policy in admissions.

To get admission in BITS Pilani 2022, candidates need to follow the following steps:

  • Fill the application form of BITSAT 2022 (All the required details and documents should be uploaded)
  • Set the three preferences of test cities whichever suits you.
  • Pay the required fee of the application form online. (Make sure you print the application form as well as payment invoice for further reference.)
  • Download the Admit Card when it is released.  (You will find it on the same admission portal, click on ‘ADMIT CARD’ link, type in your User-ID and password and download the Admit Card)
