Xavier Aptitude Test Details (XAT): Xavier Aptitude Test also is known as XAT is a national level MBA entrance exam conducted by Xavier Labour Relation Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur on the behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI). Since the last 60 years, XLRI is conducting XAT at an all-India level to select the most appropriate students for its management programs. Considered as the second largest MBA entrance exam, XAT scores are accepted for admission in MBA/PGDM offered by 11 member institutes and 140 associate institutes.
The best brains of the country aspire to seek admission in the programs offered by XLRI and related institutes. More than 90,000 aspirants appear for the exam every year. Xavier Aptitude Test Details: Eligibility
The exam is scheduled to be conducted in the first week of January 2021. The basic requirements for appearing in this exam are as follows:
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent from a recognized authority in any discipline.
- Students who are currently in their final year also eligible to apply for the exam.
- There are no minimum aggregate marks criteria for appearing in XAT 2021.
- NRI and foreign candidates can also apply on the basis of GMAT (except Dubai and Kathmandu candidates have an option for appearing in XAT 2021).
- There is no restriction on the number of attempts for the XAT exam.
- There is no upper or lower age bar for XAT 2021 exam.
- Candidates with Post graduation degree need to provide their PG percentage in an application form instead of graduation percentage.
- All backlogs must have been cleared before admission through XAT.
