A Polymath is a person who has significant knowledge and expertise in different subjects namely science, technology, mathematics, intellectual, social, physical and arts. He uses his complex bodies of knowledge to solve specific problems. The internet provides limitless information to an individual making it easier to become a polymath. The idea of the polymath was expressed in the Italian Renaissance in a simple line -“a man can do all things if he will”. However, nowadays industries prefer people specialized in one field only.
