Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Careers: The CRPF, i.e., the Central Reserve Police Force, functioning under the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government of India is India’s largest Central Armed Police Force. It was first called Crown Representative’s Police (before independence), but after independence, it was named CRPF under the CRPF Act (enacted on 28th December, 1949).
