Electronics and Communication Engineering: Eligibility
The academic criterion of Electronics and Communication Engineering is divided into three courses/ programs as follows:
- Diploma Courses: The duration of this course in 3 years. Interested candidates should have passed either 10th or 12th to pursue this course.
- UG Courses: The duration of this course in 4 years. Interested candidates should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects.
- PG Courses: The duration of this course in 2 years. Interested candidates must have completed a B.Tech degree in the same specialization in the aggregate of the subjects studied at the degree level.
Admission Criteria: You can get admission in this course either through entrance examinations or merit basis.
For admissions into UG courses, you may appear for JEE Main Examination. It is a national level examination conducted for admissions into various UG engineering courses offered across the country. For admissions into PG courses, you can appear in GATE examination.
