All India Entrance Examination for Design: ARCH Academy of Design conducts the All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED). AIEED is a national level examination that conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Design. AIEED is conducted for test aspirants imagination, creativity and design sense in the field of design. Through AIEED admission get done in colleges of Delhi and Jaipur in various courses of undergraduate and postgraduate.
This exam is held on various dates of a year to give admission in fashion and design courses. AIEED is conducted in two phases:-
1) GAT– General Ability Test, that evaluates logic type reasoning and problem-solving aptitude of the candidate
2) CAT– Creative Ability Test, that evaluates creativity, design sensitivity and imagination sense of a candidate in the field of design.

AIEED eligibility criteria are different for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Eligibility criteria for undergraduate courses
- Candidate needs to pass their 10+2 examination from a recognised board or equivalent examination as per UGC guidelines for admission.
- Candidates possessing a valid NATA score/AIEEE rank are exempted from taking the All India Entrance Examination for Design. These candidates are required to directly appear for the interview only.
- A candidate who has passed their 10+1 examination from a recognised board can also apply for AIEED.
- Candidate have to clear PTE exam within one year of program commencement for progression to United Kingdom University
